Have you heard of the "Realm of Immortal Beings"? And do you know the difference between the eternal and the illusory?
Here, I present another fascinating teaching of Krishna to Arjuna where He explains the power of listening and trusting in His message to attain moksha, the complete liberation of the soul from the illusory and perishable material energy. The ultimate goal of the science of Yoga presented in the Bhagavad Gita is self-realization, enlightenment, and liberation of the soul from the cycle of births and deaths that occurs in the material world, reaching the ultimate benefit, which is the return to the eternal realm of immortal beings, definitely not where we are today!
Follow verse 18.71 from the Bhagavad Gita that I read in the video and its translation:
śraddhāvān anasūyaś ca
śṛṇuyād api yo naraḥ so ’pi
muktaḥ śubhām̐l lokān
prāpnuyāt puṇyakarmaṇām
"Even if someone hears this conversation without understanding and simply trusts in its message, they will attain complete freedom and liberation of moksha and then enter the realms of immortal beings."
(Translation from the book "The Bhagavad Gita Comes Alive" by Jeffrey Armstrong)
