Great race. Fun to watch... except the background music is somewhat distracting. It was your venture into iracing that brought me to your channel. Looking through your catalog of vids, I see that the music is part of your signature. Perhaps you could omit it from an upcoming vid and see what the feedback is. I respect that your choice of music isn't my preference, but that aside, I watch vids like yours because I'm learning to race on Iracing and enjoy on a sense of immersion of being with you as you go through the trials of your race. For me, the music bursts that bubble and it becomes a music video.

Well, you seem, to me, to be one of the few top sim racers that is approachable on the commentary. Like it. I like how you don’t talk too much and don’t repeat too much. Let’s gooooo.

Wow, didn't expect that. He looked so much worse than you in the first couple of laps but was able to sustain all the pressure. I'm not an expert but it looks to me like you are close to get to an alien level. When you hit your lines they are clean. Never raced in iRacing but compared to AC it looks almost like on rails. Maybe it's just your skill though :) Fun video!

I made too many mistakes in the middle part of the race, unfortunately. I feel like I was considerably faster than him but this is a tough track to pass.

iRacer here. I’ve played all the other sims and others do things better than iRacing, but as you say, it’s a total package and since running time trials or practice laps isn’t my thing, the online multiplayer is what iRacing does best and therefore the juggernaut of the sims. I couldn’t go to any other sim now, especially with the latest dev update announcement. iRacing is doing its thing.

Amazing video as always How do you deal with iracing ffb, I always feel like m driving to an empty box especially since you come from ac when there is also sense of loss of grip

FFB feels very vague and the car is very floaty. One of my biggest complaints about iRacing is that the car doesn´t even feels like it´s connected to the road most of the time.

@@EduEK4 You can install irFFB if you want a more lively FFB feel in iracing. It basically feeds a 360hz signal into the 60hz iracing output. Many guys on iracing use it. Ceck it out, maybe its something for you.

Iracings tire model for the Mazda use large side wall tires, that's why the car feel floaty as they is a lot of roll in the tire

I find the Mazda Cup in iRacing very unrealistic. It feels like you are driving on ice. What are your thoughts on it?

@@HDRGamingHub I agree. I’ve heard people saying that it’s because iRacing tries to simulate a tall sidewall tire for that car. To me it’s worse than driving on ice, it feels like the tires are just hovering over the ground.
