@@Atombomb-xo4vy Honestly Rise of the Ronin is great. I think it has gotten unfairly criticized. It is certainly not a 10/10 game and is not as polished/refined in its visuals and presentation as Ghost but it is certainly not bad and still an attractive game. Gameplay is the selling point-this is the most fun I’ve been having since GoT. The game is like if Ghost, Nioh and Sekiro had a baby….awesome combat in a standard open world setting but one that is dense with actually fun activities. Game has Souls-elements but is not a Soulslike which I find refreshing.

@@KarasuTouha9 nice man! At first I saw a lot of sour reviews but as of lately I’m seeing more and more write ups relatable to what you just expressed here. I may have to give it a shot in the near future. The gameplay does look fun. GOT graphics are honestly hard to much but if the gameplay is awesome that is a fair trade off IMO.

Hey man! Thanks for stopping by to comment and I’m glad you’ve been able to take something away from this channel. It’s an honor to share some builds I’ve enjoyed in the game and it’s always a pleasure seeing others have fun with them too! South Africa is on my list! I used to live and work in Thailand and met many South African friends there actually. When using the stone striker you obviously have the button combo to do heavenly strike but also for max dps I usually press square, square, triangle. For staggering triange, triangle, square. It’s also always best to use heavenly strike on enemies after they are staggered because the damage is probably about 2.5 times a normal heavenly strike.

@@draedbound I’ve been seeing a lot of people talking about and uploading that game. Is it 100% co-op or is there a story mode as well? Heard good thinks. May have to check it out.

@@Atombomb-xo4vy it’s a coop game! It’s basically legends but guns. Classes and abilities for your four classes in legends are numerous “stratagems” which you can choose to fit your playstyle against different factions on different maps. If anything, it’s worth trying out. It’s the kind of model that if SP follow for legends 2 it will be an instant success as a live service game.

I just completed a bronze level of solo survival of shores map ....and holy crap the stress is so much while doing this .....I wonder how stressful does it gets for you while doing this run

Congrats on that! Yes solo gameplay can definitely be stressful especially when first learning the ropes of it. It can be overwhelming but with practice it becomes more natural and simple over time. The only thing stressful about trying a no dmg run is when you get hit lol especially if your far into the run

Having a competent team that is well versed in the game is definitely the most helpful thing. With the right players it can be easy but with the wrong ones it can be extremely difficult lol. If your not on the legends FB group maybe join there. There is a nice guy and friend of mine named Benny who made a whole guide for getting the hidden heart and I believe it’s pinned in that fb group. Should be helpful with lots of tips! Best of luck. You’ll get it, just don’t give up 😁

Little over 3K. Been playing since release but the past year much less. During the Covid days when legends dropped I played the heck outta this game though lol work from home was nice at that time.

@@Atombomb-xo4vy yeah Covid days were Ghost days for sure. I got my hidden heart and solo cleared a nightmare and after that I stopped playing serious. You were def my visual sensei lol. I don’t think I could no dmg clear even if I didn’t stop playing lol

@@harrisburgwingchun4920 well those are both some awesome finishing achievements. It’s a really well made game though with lots to explore in terms of builds and different modes but like anything it can get a bit boring if doing the same thing over and over. It’s one of the only games I revisit from time to time actually lol. Glad to have been helpful as a visual sensei though! Thanks for stopping by 😁

So, does the PS5 make any difference to gameplay for you?

For gameplay not really. 60fps and better graphics are slightly noticeable but the game still plays the same for me. I do think the ps5 video recording quality is a lot better though.
