Did you experience any issues with static and sound drop from the headset? I just bought some but taking them back because it randomly drops and picks up sound with a static crackle when it happens. No viable solution for the issue listed either. Updated Synapse and the firmware on first use. Then uninstalled and reinstalled all software and drivers to fix it to no avail. Unfortunate for a $200 purchase because the feature set and microphone is very nice.

Yeah i have the same issue. Tons of static when not listening to any sound, and pops and crackles when getting notifications on my desktop, starting stopping sound etc. I got a 2020 version of the v2 pros just to test it out cus its cheaper, and it has no issues at all with the audio. No static, no pops and crackles.

So I got my 2023 version from Amazon yesterday. But my box came with the Bluetooth, 2.4 and Tom hardware at the top left. Everybody I see has it at the bottom right of the box. Are mine fake?

The only reason I watched this video was because I couldn't remember how the cables went in for me to repackage it and return it. Very uncomfortable on the ears (I wear glasses). I was really hoping there wouldn't be any pink noise/ static noise. It's noticeable when there is no sound coming from the headset. I'll stick with the logitech g pro x2. Sounds and feels much better. I couldn't care less about the mic quality not being as good.

Razer BlackShark V2 Pro after 6 month it doesnt hold a charge anymore. it holds 70 hours for like the first month then goes to 40 to just 12 hours. Terrible product. this is the first and last time i ever buy anything from razer.

you dont have to use the software, you can store your EQ settings on the headset itself.

Just got it and very disappointed probably the worst headset I have ever used, built like a kids toy, zero sound isolation and when at 100% volume it sounds like 40-50% volume on other headsets, seriously avoid this headset at all costs, the only thing that it has going for it is the microphone which to be fair is fantastic, but overall very very poor from razer in my opinion
