Amazing po talaga yung mga house designs niyo. Sana makagawa po kayo ng same nito sa 62 sqm na lot. Tapos nasa 2nd floor yung living room, dining area, t&b and 1 bedroom. Yung sa ground niya 1 bedroom + t&b and garage ☺️

hi good day I've been watching ur vids lately po can i also request po? 3 storey w/ roof deck po 27 sqm 3x9 m in a minimalist design po sana and in fron of our gate po is 2x3 m which is not included po sa 27 sqm and thats where we place our plants po 1st floor: -gate (1.5x3m) -living area -altar for religious use -dining table -1 bedroom for elder po (sana po katabi ng t&b for easy access) -t&b -kitchen 2nd Floor: -3 bedrooms (1 of the rooms po is loft bed) -balcony and roof deck po as laundry area/sampayan and could be a hang out place din po sana thank you in advance po (edit) i also want to add more specific details po yung door po is nasa pinaka right side ng 3 meters which is yung front po and 9 meter naman po yung side or pader and yung front po ng bahay where the plants are placed po is an open area sana po mabasa niyo thank you po

hello.been trying to look for 3x4 house design. if may time po kayo. 3x4 na 3 storey house pero yung first floor po is open space.parang elevated po.sa second floor is bedroom w/ CR and balcony kasi extended ng 1 meter you flooring sa second floor.dlawa sa tig 4 meters at isa sa 3 meter side sa harap.and third floor is open deck with counter/lababo.thank you.Godbless!

There's a little problem, there is no space for a septic tank. Where I'm from, there is no connected sewage system, we have our own septic tanks and most houses have integrated them under the stairs or backyards.
