i love this design, pero pataylor fit po sana sa 3.5metersx10meters na lot area. 3storeys din with three bedrooms, yun po sanang may konting open space pa sa likod(ground flr kasi sayang mahangin pa naman samin) single firewall both sides. Very beautiful design, excellent space utilization. We recently purchased a 8 meters wide by 12.5 meters deep. Property setbacks are 2 meters on both sides and back boundary lines and 3 meter setback from the front boundary line. Is it possible to place house to one side of the lot, thereby creating a small parking area on the other side.
