This is a lovely home. I was wondering if you had any designs for small homes like this one but with an attached garage. I am middle aged and recently widowed on a very small income since my husband passed away last year. I live where it snows and ices some in winter so as I get older I would like to be able to go in and out of the house to my car without going outside in the elements. If you have any plans like that I would love to see them. Thank you so much!

This cute little house has plenty of curb appeal. The front porch offers a charming way to get into the house. Love the fireplace I would make it gas too old to mess with wood. Kitchen has ample storage including a washer combo dryer that's hidden away. Love the fact that there's a window in front of the sink. The side porch I'd make into a three season offering you additional living space throughout the year. Open an area with plenty of flow throughout the rooms. Fantastic job for something that's only 200 square feet! 👍👍👏🥰

it looks nice as built. and if it were mine i probably find changes that work for me and possibly for me only. my grand dad told me that you can build a house from a set of plans over 9 times and the tenth build you still make changes. it seems that changes are the only thing that does change. in rick nelson's garden party song. you can't please every body so just please yourself. some commented they love the idea of a tiny house but cannot afford to buy one. maybe they have to dream what they want and then figure out how to.earn that dream. maybe i am a dreamer. i thank you for showing your dreams. now i have more ideas. some i like. some i don't like so much and some i would do differently. but without seeing it i can not visualize it. thanks for sharing your vision. now i have room to pick and chose what works for me or not and then i can figure out what to build for me. have a good day and a better tomorrow.

that's lovely. it feels like more than 200 sf. i would definitely finish the side porch to be more of an enclosed sun room, with some sort of couch/daybed/etc to serve as a place where guests could sleep.

I love the bedroom idea! I immediately thought that it would be a simple studio and was very pleasantly surprised at the mostly closed off sleeping area. Add a wall lamp or two over the bed and it’s ready to use! Someone suggested a step leading up into the sleeping room and that’s not a bad idea but a step that pulls out (with a lid) would leave the remainder of the house more open floor space when the step is not in use. I, too, think it might be interesting to make it one wrap around porch and screen in the eating section. Nice number of windows! I’d need to keep the fireplace as wood burning (maybe add a small wood box on the expanded porch?) because in my situation, it would be in a place that loses power when it snows.

Very nice, but when the weather is too cold to eat out on the side deck, there is no place to eat inside. I recommend turning the side deck into an enclosed sun room, with lots of screened and glassed windows. It might also need a heater, but by enclosing this space the whole house works better. The downside is that the place will cost more if the side deck is enclosed, but without that fix, the layout just doesn't work. I noticed that the bedroom is rather small, but it makes sense in a small home. If you make everything in a small home full size, then you end up with a bigger home. The downsized bedroom works in this floorplan. An enclosed sunroom would also work well, as it would add additional year-round usable space, while still allowing for an outdoorsy feel. I just wish I could afford a nice place like this.

I’ve seen a vlog where the girl pulled out a slide-out table from under the kitchen bench to dine at. If you have your kitchen bench cute and homely that would be fine, in cold weather. Or you could hang a small folding table and chair on a wall, Quaker style, until needed. You can also install a table on the wall that looks like a piece of artwork until you unfold it to be the table.

I would add a small interior structural change, a very small one, to just allow for folding French louvered doors across the kitchen bench, cooker and fridge. In a tiny space these things dominate, and you could end up feeling you live in a kitchen by a cooker. To fold the doors and hide it away when not in use would expand the feeling of it being a house. Add to the suggestions to make the outside verandah glass or clear see through outdoor plastic enclosed, so that the area is usable for three seasons.

In Texas we need more temperature controlled space. Could the large side porch be enclosed as a 4 season room? And it needs a small room for a soaking tub, or make the area where the shower is now a soaking tub/ shower combo. Otherwise, lovely .

屋子大门口前面/旁边~要有一水喉头及朔水管（朔水管整套~是有轮供推拉及转卷水管及各类型套管etc.设备的），供洗-黏泥沙的鞋袜手脚、机械车&车轮、etc . 和供浇花草树木etc.!

Sportsman烤炉箱（左右用GAS，右边用cacoal，中央要有一隔板，不给隔壁的热气烘到或油渍喷到）《任何肉类供烧烤（用任何款型烤箱如oven/air fryer）时，肉类一定要包aluminium foil纸，不给油渍四处乱喷乱滴落，电器具就很清洁，不会被油渍黏紧洗不脱，很肮脏。》有四轮，可以置放在厨房每天煮食用。也可以推动出去屋外用，冬季在屋外露营用也可以。

ALL IN ONE洗衣机要放在湿区的另一间洗涤间用，这湿区要有空间供放放桶，供浸泡-肮脏抹布或沾泥沙的鞋袜衣裤，要有一吊绳或吊棍供吊湿衣服毛巾窗帘布被单~供凉干，这凉干间要有拉门，拉满后开烘干机如百货公司的洗涤间地面上置放的，就可以快速把吊着供凉干的一切尽快烘干。

Definitely has curb appeal. Perfect for guests who won't stay too long (as there appears to be no bedroom closet or room for bureau/armoire). I suppose there could be drawers under the bed. P.S. I'd bring side porch forward to equal the front porch depth and add a door so there's additional access from the front porch. (And new door and entire side porch should be screened, at the very least). 👍

椅子床为一体的，会节省更多空间。要放double deck sofa-bed是最合算的。sofa-bed要放上半身头部区是可以调高45度供半躺着看电视看书看手机上网的，生活起来会比较舒服不会累。

I was so intrigued to see that bedroom I kept trying to see around the corner before you got to it lmao. Are there steps to get into the bed? It looks really high like it's on a pedestal. I love love that fireplace and both porches. I can see myself on them both every night.

If you look at the bit that looks like a pedestal, it's most likely drawers that you can pull out like steps and the top lifts up for storage.

Curb appeal is great, but not enough practical storage in bedroom as well as whole house, and no dining area and set. House should come equipped with actual small wood/pellet-burning stove. No dishwasher needed. It's beautiful on the outside, however.

If you live in this house I hope you enjoy the view out your window because you won't be watching TV given that there's no place to hang one. Trying to make your bed while you're kneeling on it should be great fun too. I wish tiny house designers would spend a bit less time fetishizing the tiny part and bit more thinking about the ergonomics of actually living in one of their creations.

There is NOT sufficient cabinets for storing food, cookware and supplies. Where is the clothes closet and dresser space? It's silly to have the outdoor "room" open to the elements; just enclose it for a table and chairs for eating, and extra storage with lots of windows for light. One can barely move around in the bed area. It's cute but just too tiny. Not practical.
