The band confirmed this happened on their Facebook as well as a mutual friend knows the person who threw it. I saw the dead rat thrown across the stage and landed on the guitarist's set list and pedal board so he kicked it away and it landed next to Dylan. I cropped the full video to the moment Dylan picked it up.
