Thanks, in my rifle 30.2 grains of varget is a good load. As always work up to that load checking for pressure signs along the way.

Thanks man, I love my savages. Ishoot a lot of long range shoots and you'd be surprised at percentage of savage actions. I have a few savage builds going on now. If that interests you stay tuned. One's a 6x47, another is a 22 creedmoor. My 22 creedmoor barrel is out for delivery today. 👍👍

It's forbidden... but thugs carry knives, guns etc. "Best range things" I can have at home are a crossbow + bow. Been thinking about small caliber PCP rifle. Those are (still) allowed without to much hassle.

I’m 13 I want to order a Remington 700 in this caliber if I do I want to put a fat bastard muzzle brake on it by APA and mercury recoil compensatores to put in the stock. I am 13 6 foot 140 pounds and currently handle a 35 whelen with a muzzle brake no problem and I’m not recoil sensitive could I handle it ?
