It is basically the 2nf and 3nf where all the possible decompositions are done, and there a Seperate table is created for just the candidate key which is joining all table. Here Sir Sanchit just created a simple table decomposition to give introduction to normalization .. and 3nf is the best for normalization purposes and hence less memory will be used ... Sir explained it in further lectures ..
