Thank you! I could not believe .that I tolerated this for 1 hour. It helped me to delay taking Lorazepam

Love the video, really helps me with my stress. I like to do breathing exercises on my way to work in NYC, but the city noise is too much sometimes in New York City. I actually decided to combined white noise and box-breathing in my channel just so I can listen to the breathing rhythm while having the white noise drowning out the city noise. I got to say it has been working really well for me so far. I have FAR fewer STRESS and ANXIETY.

That’s amazing. What app/device do you use for measuring recovery and HRV?
@bjorn31378 күн бұрын
@@HeadfulnessWhoop, it’s a health strap focused on stress and recovery which measures HRV, blood oxygen, skin temperature, heart rate and stress 24/7

Cool! I am working on adding realtime HRV biofeedback to my app Pocket Breath Coach. I should be able to make it compatible with whoop strap. Hopefully releasing the update this spring

Braith in from mouth or nose?

As I understand it, breath in through the nouse and breath out through the mouth.
