I tried pinging 10.13.0.50 from R1 S1, & S2 and I can't figure out what's wrong. I even tried the command shutdown/ no shutdown for vlan 3 and I verified that vlan 3 is up.

yes, be careful using a native vlan with a different number than 1, when you configure inter vlan routing

Good evening Christian, I have just completed the 3.4.6 Packet Tracer - Configure VLANs and Trunking and I am attempting to complete the 4.4.9 packet tracer - troubleshoot inter-vlan routing task, but when I open the PC-A terminal, the interface is blank and there are no commands available to assist with the task's completion. There are no responses when I input any commands, what should I do, kindly?

please verify the connection, PC-A should connect from interface RS-232 to the console of the device you want to configure, review that

Trunks is an implementation on Layer 2 of the OSI model, so you don't need IP addressing, but also on advanced implementations you can create layer 3 trunks
