I was wondering why bellman is detecting negative wt cycle , before this I just memorized that I have to run the loop again and if there is relaxation then their is a negative wt cycle, now I got the concept why I have to do that. You are amazing 🥰

When you added an extra edge you should have kept relaxing for one more time, but in that case it didn't matter because of the negative cycle. Thanks for the explanation!

no of relaxation cycles is not dependent on no edges, it is dependent on no vertices. no of vertices are same .
