I listen to this clip several times a day, and I wish I could attend such an event. Looks like they all are having fun. The accordion player is awesome.

Buddy you have no idea ! I've been to New Orleans many times. I have never once had a bad time. These cajuns treat everyone like family. I live in Hamilton Ont and have danced at Mulets, Michauls, Mud Bugs and Tipitinas so many times. This a great band as is Bruce Daigrapont, and Le Touche. I love them all. If you can possibly get a way there then really you should go ! I guaranteed you will not want to go home. The food at these places is phenomenal. !!! I wish you all the luck you can find to get there. " LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL " !!

I'm not cajun and know only a very few words of French, but I could listen to music like this all day long and really love it.

Dr. Marie, you are so right! I’m going to be Cajun if that’s all I do with my remaining days. To be Cajun is to be Catholic!! (PreVatican II!)

@Paul Cook It's Cajun French, not the same as the French spoken in France. Both languages are beautiful in their own way. Many of the words are the same in both languages, but the pronunciation can be different. I sure don't understand all the words but I still love to hear it! Vive l'Acadiane et Vive la France! ❤💋
