Pretty solid for 4.5s, have to be pushing 5.0
@natestenniscomeback14863 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Yes i would say i am pushing 5.0 . I have had nice success in 4.5 singles leauge a. I am looking to enter a 5.0 USTA leauge this summer. It will be the first playing a 5.0 leauge since 2014.

Score would add to the experience. And yeah comms at certain points of interest would be good 👍

Hi John, thanks for the feedback! I am playing with the best way to do commentary over the match.

Highly recommend getting the Apple Watch so that it will include the scores as well! Also allows for some useful statistics such as serve %, serves won %, etc. I have some videos on my channel for example.

Hi Vic I will check it out. I got an apple watch just for this purpose. I have tried it out 3 times and I am still getting use to it. Have you had any issues with the interface not responding during match play? I agree the score and the insights are incredible!
@vicplaystennis91583 жыл бұрын
@@natestenniscomeback1486 I have not had any issues with the watch so far. If your finger is sweaty it may be hard to read the input or swipes.
@roman23743 жыл бұрын
@@vicplaystennis9158 easy fix for that is to wear a sweatband on the watch arm for quick finger wiping :) I have a very bad case of sweaty hands and needed to get creative...

@@roman2374 Great idea! I usually wipe my fingers on my pants or shirt instead

I have never heard of this swingvision stuff before, I think it's crazy cool! The MPH look right to you? i'd think its a bit slow but I don't have any basis to judge from.
@natestenniscomeback14863 жыл бұрын
It’s an absolute must try for anyone looking to improve their game, or share their game. They just released a new update dramatically increasing the accuracy of the MPH and shot placement. I’ll be posting a full review soon
@bryenwoo3 жыл бұрын
Nope the MPH didn’t look right to me either. I thought it was recording it much slower than actual speed. There were some bombs that Nate hit that I thought went at 100 MPH but only said about 70-80 MPH.
@natestenniscomeback14863 жыл бұрын
@@bryenwoo yes this is an area that they made improvements on (after this match). ALSO you can go in and edit the shots, it allows you to manually select the frame where you made contact, and the frame where the ball hit the court. and if you edit this, it will edit the MPH......i was just too lazy to do that. They had a software update that addressed this issue but it is nice to have control over it.

I just recorded my practice last night at an indoor tennis place. We all felt the speed from far end was not really correct. How high did you mount your phone? I used tripod (6 feet) and indoor did not have enough distance.
@natestenniscomeback14863 жыл бұрын
Hi PT Fitness, have you updated the app to the latest update? I would make sure that is current since they mentioned they made improvements to it. I mount it about 6.5 ft off the ground I think? I haven't really measured. (im 6 ft 1 so I go a little about my head). Mounting it is the hard part for me. you can buy a pole that hand over the top of the fence, or curtain if you inside, but its more expensive than I thought. I will probably make my own to make that process easier haha. what do you mean it did not have enough distance?
@ptfitness48613 жыл бұрын
@@natestenniscomeback1486 Thank you. What I mean is the indoor's wall/curtain to the court base line's distance is very limited (very short distance).
@natestenniscomeback14863 жыл бұрын
@@ptfitness4861 oh ok I see what you mean. Yeah recording indoors is a little more tricky. I dont have much experience with it yet.

I enjoyed watching it. Great playing Nate. I think it would be helpful to put the score on your matches. A little hard to follow without it. Hope we can play against each other one day.
