to all the people saying that we're "cheating" we objectively arent, were using exploits, and when there are exploits in this game, bungie considers it their fault that they exist so its fair game to use them at least until they get patched. Also, we didnt skip any of the encounters, when I go out of the map, its so that I can go ahead to the next area and be ready to start it right away, but my teammates still have to stay behind and beat it, if you want you can watch the other POVs linked in the description. To people saying that this isnt a world record because we use glitches, were running the any% category which is the only competitive category in destiny. To the people saying that using glitches takes the skill out of it, ive done this raid over 1000 times, and i can tell you from experience that what we do here is much harder than doing it normally, if you disagree, im just going to ego your clears because you simply dont have anywhere near enough experience to have a relevant opinion

@@ez1590 have you ever heard of any% speedruns? Its a very common thing. They use and abuse the game's mechanics to the fullest, just check out the doom 2016 speedrun about that. I think theres a "easy" way to skip right to the final boss in almost every zelda game as well.

For those of you who think that glitching is cheating: The whole point of cheating is to get an unfair advantage over others, right? So I want you to tell me how glitching makes it unfair for other teams who speedran this raid. This team didn't hide any of the strats they used, most of the strats they used have been known by the community for a while now. It's an even playing field. For those of you who think glitching makes this easier: I want you to tell me which glitches they used that makes the raid easier. It makes it faster, of course, but I don't see how it's any easier. I'm pretty sure this team has hundreds if not thousands of attempts on this raid and spent months perfecting this speedrun, just to beat the old time by a few seconds.

It's a speed run, you do whatever you can to do it quickly, glitches and exploiting bugs are things speedrunners can use. It's not their fault bungie didn't make a fix for an exploit in thier game. Unless it's actually hacking in some way or messing with the servers etc it's not that bad in PVE

All of the people who are saying they cheated clearly know nothing about speedruns it’s an any% speed run meaning you just have to get from the start to the end in the fastest time possible however that may be. glitches and exploits are allowed in the rules so therefore cannot be considering cheating as long as they aren’t using some kind of external cheats then it’s fine. If it was a glitchless speed run and they used glitches then obviously that would be cheating but guess what they aren’t so glitches aren’t cheating
