If you don’t have the final shape unlocked and you swap to prismatic in the first mission then leave you’ll have effectively NOTHING, no jump or running you can only shoot and that’s it(and maybe use a sparrow)

The in-universe reason for this is as the hunter was using the dodge ability, is when they lost their light, and they bumped their head against a wall and went into a coma. Then when they got their light back, their ghost was so embarrassed by how their guardian went down, it just didn't choose to revive them for years until the start of this video.

what ive found is that getting any kill with these white weapons gives you such a confidense boost that it magically boosts your skill 10fold. ive been doing this shit with the white khvostov and dead zone rifle a while back and it was just insane.

Well, I think almost anyone can with enough effort. The game is not 100% about raw mechanics. Honestly reaction speed is an overvalued aspect of FPS games - positioning and teamplay almost always trumps that

For people wondering if you can actually do this, no, not really. He has thousands of hours of experience in this game. Light level literally doesn’t even matter so the real point is if you’re addicted to this game, you can get ascendant with bad loot to start off. If you’re an ACTUAL new light this isn’t really possible unless you’re somehow the best player with no experience

Having taken a break from Destiny 2 and coming back after so much has changed, this is how I feel trying to play competitive. But I don't want to spend hours and hours grinding to get mid-tier loot, but I don't want to never play the game again. Skill issue I'm sure, but I already know I won't be able to get any of the god tier weapons and armor, and that I missed out on all the cool collabs and really nice looking pieces too... 😔

It's more "gear matters less than skill and game knowledge, and both can be learned". Yes, he is a skilled and knowledgeable pvp player, but gained that from practice and patience. Just like anyone else can do if it's what they want to do.

No, the pathfinders always have both a PvE-only and PvP-only path available. On the other hand, a lot of the nodes require specific subclass verbs (Ignition kills, kills on Volatile targets, etc) or weapon types (precision sidearm kills, pulse rifle kills, etc) so that will likely be tricky.

Idk. This series is kinda interesting but d2 comp is the most uncompetitive thing I've experienced. Either u r cracked af and carrying every round, or u r decent but the randoms suck. Anyways the matchmaking is also terrible. Enemies are always gods and my team r literally new lights me included😂can't get higher than adept

I didn't know about the glaive bug. So did I understand what Cross said? He said Glaives weren't hitting as hard as they should have been, right? Im kinda surprised to hear they weren't doin enough dmg. I don't use glaives very often,but the solstice quests required me use one. I was playing on my arc Warlock & i was having so much fun with how well my build worked with a glaive. I used it for several more activities even though I had no bounties that called for it. I cant wait to see what i can do now that they're even better.
