Which motor used there?

Hello dear we have bought 4 turntables from turki and now got stuck with it. We are having almost the same design but with 3 motors. We have issue of grinding sound from one of the motors once in each rotation of the pully. If we change the direction the same motor makes this sound, but after we change direction 4,5 times, that motor become silent and the other motor makes sound. The car on top is not changed. Also we have only 1 vfd in the controller, its output is connected parallally to each 3 motors. Could you help us. We have more orderes coming, if we can handover this one successfully

Literally nut and bolt. No washers or spring washers or thread locker of any type to prevent things working loose, nice.....

Why do you have the motor traveling ? Put the drive track under the turntable and fix the motor to the floor.
