If my completion is hundred percent correct and all of the cables are connected correctly then why when I pinged the family pc to the netacad it give me 100% loss if I use that IP and if I use the name, it says that it cannot find the host

Check each step to see if it is correct. If everything is fine, the issue probably is on packetracer its self, then you just re-do it again from beginning to see if that helps.
