This is real true Original Crip history. The Crips were essentially formed by a bunch of smaller local gangs, then Raymond Washington & had the ingenious idea of recruiting all the smaller gangs & forming them under one umbrella. Also the name that Cutes was trying to remember, when he said "the Dacous", I think he meant the Bacots, Judson & Jeffrey who were two of the original founders of the 83 Gangsters, well Jeffrey was but Judson never became an ETG he stayed Original West Side.
@2Pkb253 жыл бұрын

Wroooooooong!!!!!! Raymond started the crips on the eastside in December of 1969. Period! Mac Thomas took it from Watts into Compton through Carver Park 1st, then mona park in the spring of 1970. The Grandees were started up in the summer. Raymond took it to the westside and asked "Who are the Smacks?" up at the movies and asked Tookie & Sweetback "Is it crip or what?" They all agreed. In the summer of 1970. In early 1971, Raymond took it to Inglewood, then Venice Beach in the summer. Barefoot Pookie took it to Long Beach in 1975 and started the Paybacc Insanes. Then the younger guys(Tray Dee, Joe Cool, etc.), change the name to Long Beach Insanes in 1977. On Blocc!!!
