There's another meaning to sleep like a dog. The place where you sleep! Dogs can sleep anywhere, they don't need a chair or any comfort, if they are tired they just put their head down and sleep, no matter where they are.

Because our body inside is warm . If u drink ice water it will hurt ur stomach ,stomach will get cold
