You're wonderful at guiding us. I feel like I'm in beauty class. I've been moisturizing daily now, my hair feels dry in different areas but now I realize why it use to feel like staw everywhere. You mentioned in another video why you love this platform. I am one of the ones that went from natural > Jerry Curl > Perms, It left me primitive to my understanding of how to properly care for my natural hair. I am listening, THANK YOU!!

I was tired two days ago😥so i just took water and an oil to moisturize my hair,three days later took my hair out and it was soo soft and stretched,I could part my hair soo easily 🤭didn’t believe it😁and I noticed that wen i do twist my hair get soo puffy on the root,and being soo tangled 😥but wen i do braids my hair doesn’t get tangled like it does with the twist ❤️i know it’s an off topic but just wanted to share it 😁❤️so may be i will keep this routine and see..❤️

Lco works best for my hair I find. The oil seals in all the previous moisture that way the cream doesn't sit on top, but actually drinks it *all* up! Great vid, curlie! ❤💖❤

I use the LCO method but for my oil I use Shea butter. When u rub it between your hands it melts into an oil. For my cream I use Camille rose naturals moisture milk. Of course for my liquid I use water. This combo of products makes my high porosity 4C hair so soft and manageable. Nice video 👍🏾

Knekya D. Really I have high porosity as well but use the LOC method, and my Shea butter doesn't melt in my hands idk if it's too thick

Sounds like you have high porosity like me. Sadly our hair just doesn’t retain moisture as much. LCO but with a thick oil and moisturise every 3 days at least, if your hair isn’t in a protective style. That seems to work for me! Hope it helps.

If you leave your hair in a puff or afro it's always going to feel dry quickly, that's just black hair for you. Try twisting your hair straight away after moisturising it, and then maybe doing a twist out the next day or a few days later. You will find that the moisture will last longer.

@wildflower4627 жыл бұрын
LCO method works best for me. I used to use the LOC but my hair just wasn’t responding. Sometimes I’ll use a water-based leave in (Soultanicals Frizz Whiz) instead of water then a product. Thank you for the wonderful video. I was wondering do you use tools on your hair or (only) mainly your fingers to detangle/comb?

@Brownie89867 жыл бұрын
MiaNaomi Post yes!! Same as you would use distilled water for using a hair steamer. Might as well use the same diligence when just applying it to the hair as well. I have a shower filter that does this so if it's outside definitely use distilled. It will keep mineral deposits down to a lovely *minimum* 😊 #Happy2018
