Add a basement (with entry behind the stairwell to the upstairs) for an additional family room, bathroom, guest bedroom suite, and possibly another bedroom for an older child or more guests, a lg storage room for crafts/seasonal decor etc, maybe a bar or gaming area off the family room too... etc etc with basement space. Then outside adding an outdoor grill, an in ground pool & hot tub. And lastly, add a 2nd detached 2 car garage adjacent to the attached one (at an L shaped angle from the driveway to access it), then using the space between the 2 garages for a lg garden, trampoline area, or dog run maybe. :) THEN this would be the absolute PERFECT home for a family with 3 to 4 children, everyone having their own spaces, and nice flow through out the home. I LOVE this floor plan and it's layout and use of space, potential for a forever home with those add ons. ❤️ 😍

Hi Janice! Nice Home and I love it! I have a century community home builder right next to my home. The neighborhood is Brookwood Village built by century communities in snellville ga. They have both townhomes and spacious single family homes. Are you able to come to that location one day and tour their homes? It is also in the brookwood high school district.
