I love it. The character. Painted exterior brick is awesome and well done. I agree with you Max about painting the tile in the bathroom, of this era of house. I've seen before/after and they take out perfectly crafted tilework, when all they had to do was paint it lol. I would put some fencing up for privacy.

Omg! I was soooo shocked to see this one. It's right around the corner from my mom's. She drives pass it everyday for work on her route. I've been wondering what it looks like on the inside because the outside is gorgeous. Besides Blue is my favorite color. I always say that house looks so pretty. It only needs a fence.

Hey Max, The Rehabbers did a great job, But there are some Flaws. First The Front and Backyard Looks HORRIBLE, Needs Green Turf Maintenance. They should have Fenced in the Backyard. BUYERS looks at not only the Houses on the inside but the outside as well. Downstairs in the Basement, They should have Covered all the Duck works, It looks Terrible. But other than that It's a nice looking Home!
