Nice home but should take off around 10-15k just for the 1 car garage. Max you gotta upgrade to a 1080p camera or better.

Why would they build a house that size with only a 1 car garage with a single lane driveway? Cars are going to be lining the street or stacked in the driveway. There won’t be parking for your visitors.

Condo?? This is CLEARLY an apartment. A $205,000 apartment. I guess ill go eat an apple while calling it an orange 🤷🏼

Ok the colors are much I’m envisioning painted kitchen cabinets and cream in the walls , with black as the accent color✌🏽

Although this home has nice aesthetics on the inside. It also has some weird features. Especially on the outside it looks like a triple family home so many doors, steps & entrances. It’s oddly shaped it’s not proportioned right. And a odd shaped brick planter in the foyer. Also it would have to be a family member to occupy that space. You enter that Inlaw suite straight from the hallway of the other bedrooms. You would have to really trust that person because there is no true divide other then a regular BR door. They didn’t make the best of that upstairs area. Those bedrooms could have been much bigger if they knocked down some walls to give it a much better flow. And cleaned up around that yard especially at the front of the house. Weeds across the front. At this price.
