Hello Sir Option A The entire living space is 7.25m x 6.25m Open plan layout with dining 200mm elevated. Arranged like this. Main lounge 6.25m x 4.2m. Additional lounge or VIP section 3m x 2.75m. Dining 3.5m x 3m. Total floor area 45m². Option B Main lounge 6m x 5m. Dining 3.6m x 3m Total floor area 40.8m² Sir please these two living spaces which one is bigger and better?

@@Good-dh3nx Hi With the area data given, it's clear that 45m² is bigger than 40.8m². Hence option A, is bigger as it would take more area/space to actualize. On whether option A or option B which is better? It boils down to personal preference of the individual/client. Option A seems to have more features but less main lounge area while B, has less features but more main lounge area.

Total floor space 39.21m² Option B 4.8m x 4.2m Walkin closet 2.4m x 2m Bathroom 2.4m x 2m Private balcony 1.5m x 1m. Total floor space 31.26m². These two master bedrooms which one is bigger and better?
