This is like the house I will see lately in Nigeria with ample green space. I wish this can be common in Lagos.

The parts of the house that your cameraman decided to show were beautiful and the rest of the tour was all about you. You are good at this but need to improve your confidence in front of the camera. Dont sell the blocks, sell the dream. People dont buys blocks, they buy their imaginary dream house and make do with the house you are selling.

@LmarilArewaspeaksfulfulde6 ай бұрын
Is this a house tour or showcase of your body? We are not seeing the house because you are constantly on the way. This camera man is not doing the job he is supposed to do which is showcase the house. And you should have known after seeing the video. All we are seeing is you and your behind. This is very unprofessional. You have good houses to show but unfortunately you are not showing it properly.

Did she just say that is a 26 inch TV? Smh. You probably need to remove that from the video

Is the camera not supposed to focus on why’s for sale, which clearly is the property, so why’s the cameraman focused on you? Nice home. Poor PR. You can do better!

In this modern day, Nigeria house developers still hanging water tank. Common. Nigeria engineers should do better than this.

Banku man, Houses in Nigeria are far better than those houses in Ghana. Take your jealousy and hatred to somewhere else.
@Southernview3k2 жыл бұрын
@@papap1186 Sorry, I am not banku. I'm pure Nigeria. I have travelled to other countries and I fell in love with their infrastructure and you will hardly see water tank been dispose the way it's in Nigeria. Federal government of Nigeria have failed to provide basic amenities for her citizens. If there's provision for water, there won't be borehole and water tank in every house. Nigeria engineers can do better. There should be one water source supply to the whole estate.
@jyde50 Жыл бұрын
@@Southernview3k Do you know how much people pay for water bills in Usa? i would choose free borehole and treat/boil the water myself to make is drinkable than water i have to pay for every single drop i use. If you come to america and give the average middleclass the options to buy borehole machine and pump their own water for free. i assure you 99% will choose that over water bill. not everything is milk and honey as you like to believe.
