I’ve lived in AMR since 2014 …. Very nice and quiet area. Only negatives are it’s HOT in the summer, no breeze at all! And property taxes are higher than average.

love the these areas far away enough from all the big cities but close enough if you need to travel there for what ever reason .. been in the IE for the last 6 years best move I ever made quiet peaceful and you get more house for your money .. even in this outrageously high market..
