Some developers they do sell their show unit which comes with all the furniture and ID. Usually it is when all their units are sold. Know that the developer put in lots of money to make their show unit as wow as possible. Sometimes the renovation and the furniture of the show unit can be as much as the price of the house itself.

I would be curious to see if there are properties for sale that are more practical in size. This home is luxurious and spacious. For some Muslims looking to leave the West and relocating in an Islamic country, like Malaysia, the price of the property plus the cost of relocating and furnishing makes it unrealistic for many. I'm sure there are families that would be comfortable with a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home if that meant affordability and a chance to live in an Islamic land. Are there properties in Malaysia being sold to foreigners that are sized at 1,500 sq ft? This is a more practical option that won't drain someone's savings. It's still a comfortable size home. Moving abroad means you need financial security. For different income levels a smaller property means they reserve some savings to live off of or possibly use to invest in a business. Not all families are looking for the indulgence of a large space, but they're only seeking decent comfort in a country where the Adhan is heard and where their Muslim kids feel included in Islamic societal norms. Just some of my thoughts.

That is the thing that you could get for the required sum amount for the mm2h visa. If you're applying for retirement scheme mm2h visa in malaysia you either need to put deposit in local banks or buy you a house, let say amounting rm1M then that is the house you will get with that amount of money. For us local people there're plentiful affordable home for us which way cheaper decent affordable house for us although the size isnt as grandeur but is a nice comfy home. For foreigners, if you're entitled for mm2h visa then the house is 'given' to th visa holder
@alur2005tech4 ай бұрын
@@Ameng3471 I understand now. I think putting the required amount into the bank to meet the visa requirements and buying a smaller, less expensive, property would suit more people. If that's allowed then the sum of money put into the bank would be a safety net for new residents. It would still benefit the Malaysian economy. New residents could buy a car, invest in a business, or just have enough to cover bills and expenses for a few years until they secured a job.
@Ameng34714 ай бұрын
@@alur2005tech im not too sure about that as there are some requirement in the visa which specifically mention the minimum house price that the applicant allowed to purchase. You might not allowed to buy property which supposedly built for local. Our govt really protect the locals livelihood and preventing wealthy foreigner take advantage and deprive the locals. But dont quote me on that, u gotta find the fine details in mm2h visa requirement on the mixture of deposit and house purchase

Great insight, at a glance a very nice property no doubt, and the careful considerations you've made on location is very impressive. Only negative thing I've notice is the property names, ''St Andrews'', ''Oak Hill'' and so forth. Why not name these properties after famous Malaysian people or places? . Very strange and unfitting to say the least, when in Malaysia do as the Malaysian do and all that.
