I would love this if you could put two more recliners instead of the table and chairs. That way, at least four people can enjoy himself sitting down together in the living room. Also, the bathroom could have a whole lot more storage also.

Back bathroom the door could had a slide door instead make easier to get to the washer/dryer carrying laundry. Also the back bedroom could had the slide out a little more foot path.

Which bedroom is meant to be the primary? 😅 I’m thinking the front room would be superior because of the windows, but some might prefer the private half-bath.

Thinking the exact thing, really don't want to choose between being able to eat a family dinner or only being able to watch TV together 2 at a time, especially in rainy weather stuck inside

It seats 6. You could put stools around the island. We enjoy our personal space so have the bedrooms is a plus for us. You could probably switch out dinette for mega sofa as well.

This would be a decent floor plan for a fifth wheel or a big camper, but as a destination trailer(aka park and leave it) it lacks in living space. They should have made one of the bedrooms the living room.

in the loft, I dont think I want the ac unit right on top of me. noise and constant blowing right in my face? No ladder to get up top? cool design, but not sure about some of it
