Didn’t like how close the neighbors were. Seems like these gated communities have fence restrictions. The floor plan was so confusing. Bathrooms are also dated and rooms small for that price. Maybe I also missed the sea views

I like everything else about this house Concept except the set up of the stairs from upstairs down, correct me if I’m wrong but it doesn’t seem to have a railing up top nor at the sides...... I could be wrong or miss it, so I’ll take correction however it’s a lovely house to to turn into a home 💐

I think the price is too expensive reason being the house is built too close to the neighboring property that alone decrease the value, plus that floor plan was also not the most creative. For that much money i would look else where.

This is NOT Ocho Rios it is closer to St. Ann's Bay. It is in Priory. Both Priory and SAB fixed line area code is 972. You guys need to the lies when selling property. Jah helps us.
