They lift the whole site with marl. That is why the driveway is sloped up from the road. They cast a raft foundation that is at least 2 ft above road level. The drainage plan for these communities tend to be more robust than single communities that will require a 4ft above ground construction and then import fill or create a cellar instead of fill, because instead of a community flood plan you will have to create a home flood plan. Rain don't fall uptown alone.

The lay out is lovely but the bathrooms are too dark for my taste. I prefer bright spaces, especially for applying make-up etc. The laundry room is fantastic! The open closets is a No, No, No! That is a deal breaker. Need closet doors, even if it is soft doors. Oh and some of the lighting features are hideous!

There are pros and cons and I have a problem why developers can't get these homes in the Jamaican developments right. I am going to list the cons only because this is what will deter me from purchasing this home. The cupboards. A big NO. In the master bedroom who wants an open concept closet. The room will look untidy and dust will collect on the clothes. The closet is too small. At least for women. A couple surely will not have space for their clothes. There should be a closet in the 2nd bedroom not in the bathroom. The clothes will smell and get damp. I have seen that at a friend's. The colours of the bathroom. I could not live with that brown colour. The design is beautiful but the colour is not for me. Not uplifting at all, too dark. I don't like the sinks. They give an old lady look and antiquated. Maybe a nice oval shape would be more attractive. Yes. I know about homes. The good of the house is the dining room and kitchen and the backyard. Why are Jamaican developers making the living rooms so small. People have friends and large families visiting. You have enough land too make the living rooms bigger. Another pass. I don't like that blue circular ceiling light in the living room. I saw them in African houses. Why not put pot hole recessed lights. They are more classy. Developers please take note

Hello would never have a closet in the bathroom your clothes will get damp so would not consider buying this property or I suppose just remove it. Bedroom with one small window very dark. No door on closet in bedroom !! why ! again you would remove it or have to put doors on. Really bad design

No it won’t caused damping nor odors in your clothes if your clothes weren’t damped to begin with. If that’s the case then it would spread to the bedrooms as well, there are lots of windows throughout the house & bathrooms which provide ventilation for those purposes. I know this for a fact btw.
