No problem thanks for asking! I typically type into google, "free paper texture background" or some other minimal background texture. And then I go into photoshop and place on a color overlay or gradient. For animating backgrounds, I typically download a royalty free subtle moving background. I try not to spend time make them custom or whatever. I just need something that pleases the eye.
