After over a year of watching your videos, my favorites are the cooking programs because you present ideas I never thought to try. So many of the cooking channels I watch have too many recipes with pasta or rice. Don't get me wrong, I love pasta and rice but it is refreshing to find alternatives. Thank you for sharing.

Love these recipes! Thank you so much! We eat mostly vegetarian, and find also our grocery bill has quadrupled in the past 4 years. We try to buy mostly organic so of course that also adds to it. So much of the cheaper food is just not nutritious and actually contain many chemicals that are toxic, so we feel it is worth it! The Sweet Potato Nachos sounds yummy❤

Try a stir fry vegetables with tofu. Flavour with tamari (it's like a soy sauce) top with toasted almonds and/or cashews and just before serving stir in some honey but do t let the honey boil.

I always love to have ideas in place . . . ) They are going to love the buttered tortillas with their favorite tomato bisque! Thank you for the inspiration! Love, Lynne

In order to cut cooking time, i would use the pressure cooker. The lentils/split peas, beans, and even soup could all be made in the pressure cooker. Also, im amazed at your ability to do dishes! 😅 When i saw you use a separate bowl to mix the granola, i was like there is no way i wouldn't mix that in the baking dish lol 😅 sometimes laziness has irs perks maybe?!

I love stuffed portabella mushrooms, but my neighborhood store (HEB- conventional grocery store) charges $14.50/pound (organic ones, the only ones they carry) for them in Austin, Texas, making them considerably more expensive than even all natural chicken or grass-fed beef. And, you only can get 4 mushrooms per pound, which wouldn't feed my family. If it were the main course, the bigger members would need 2 each. I tried making mushroom pizzas with them a few months back and even though I caught a sale, they were REALLY delicious, but outrageously expensive and certainly a once a year indulgence, which feels sad for a vegetarian meal.
