The wires(AWG spec.) used for this setup are fully capable of handling this audio setup in a car. I have installed this setup myself by considering both budget and audio quality as of my expectation. Of course If we use specific amplifier wire will improve audio quality, conditions & these all are depend on individual expectations.

Thanks for the video at the right time bro. Ennoda Scoprio S10 ku recent OE Infotainment fail aaiduchu, so I replaced with BlockBuster BBT 410 Android system with 32Band DSP inbuilt. I want to bring a 5.1Channel audio effect inside the cabin. 1. Bought Pioneer GM E7004 4Ch Amp for 4 default speakers. 2. ICE 2Ch Amp for JBL 12Inche Sub-woofer. Installation'laam mudichu but antha expert'naala output kondu vara mudila. Can you please help me how to integrate the Pioneer and ICE Amp with BlockBuster BBT 410 Audio system? Existing installation RCA cable'la using Y-splitter la connect pannunaaga, but of no use.

In general Android audio output quality will be less than Pure audio system bro. But if we use a good amplifier & speaker we can improve output audio quality. Unga Android la 4 channel audio out illaya bro? Y-Splitter connection la FRT, RR connect panni irukingala? Appadi connect pannumbothu FRT, RR separate-a adjust panna mudiyathu & output levelum reduce aagum. Android la 4channel RCA out illana, android system la irunthu 4 channel speaker out-a amp ku koduthu, 4channel amp output-a 4speakers ku connect pannalam bro. Check panni paarunga.

Amp ku android system-ooda 4 audio out koduthaathaan neenga android system la FRT, RR control panna mudiyum. Atheppola subwoofer ku android system la thaniya output irukum, athooda connect pannuga. 2channel speaker out thaan android la irunthaa, amp High input la split panni FRT, RR connect pannuga. Amp la irukura Gain option mooliyama FRT, RR sound level set panna mudiyum. But android la control panna mudiyathu.
