4 COIL SPRINGS | 6-month adjustment update | ADULT BRACES

It has been 6 months since getting braces! During this adjustment, i got 4 springs to help close the gaps i have from the extractions

Hi! Question, how long did it take for you to notice a difference with closed coil springs? If any? I just got them and tbh they don’t hurt so I’m wondering how much they’ll close my gaps 😅
