Oh my gosh. I wish i saw your videos sooner. I only had two teeth on top removed. I should have just went ahead and removed all four (top and bottom). First ortho said remove 2. Second ortho said remove 4. I went back to first ortho, and she hinted to actually remove 4. I pushed back a little because my mom said i need to keep all my teeth. I am a 34 year old adult still listening to my mother. 🤦♀️ Now that my gaps on top are starting to close, it looks like space to oush inward could be limited because i didnt have the bottom removed. Le siiigh. Your teeth and mouth closure turned out great! I was scared my mouth would look deflated and tongue might have no space if i removed four, but i just want my lips to be able to be able to rest when closed.

@@tobecontinued5650 they give you local anaesthesia in the mouth to numb the area...so we don't feel any pain..but yes, we feel some pressure and it's manageable.. and the wound will heal within 3 days...🙌

Hey how u now..cn u share ur experience...my 4 front teeth lil bit coming forward..so dctr said he need to extract 4 premolars 😭 m sacred if it will affect my face shape.. will be less gap for toung to rest..m confused 🥲🥲🥲pls help..if there is any affects

@@taaniya8618 Hi! So it’s been 7 months for me!!! I am so much better but I still however have 8 more months to go since my gaps have to close and some teeth have to straighten. I didn’t have much pain with the removal of my premolars. I had anesthesia. My face did change. I lost my chubby cheeks and face got a little smaller but I gotta admit, I love it! I am eating everything now but just cautious on very hard stuff obviously. So far, so good. You will be okay! Trust the process! I’m so loving my journey!

bro I just got mine done like 4 hours ago and I kid you not I didnt even feel anything he said all I should feel is pulling pressure but I didnt even feel that so I was scared for no reason lmao but literally no pain.

the extraction does not hurt at all. However for me the healing process and days to follow were quite painful.

Yes, adult braces are very painful, had mine for 14months, they still hurt

It's upto your pain tolerance...not that painful from my own experience..you do feel some pressure and some soreness the day after tightening..but yes..the pain will complete vanish after 2 days ...my ortho told me to take painkillers if it's unbearable..glad that I don't needed to take pills.. It's been 6 months for me.. Way more to go..

I also had to get two baby teeth extracted and got braces. My ortho asked me to get the braces on first thing in the morning. Then a couple of hours later I got the 2 canines top teeth removed. The process wasnt as bad as I thought. I am also very careful with diet changes, and catch myself going well I cant eat this I cant eat that.
