hi! may I ask how cold it was in Japan (below 10°?) and what layers would u recommend wearing? I'm also from the Philippines and I'm flying to Tokyo this week so I'm scared of freezing 😂

Hi! I'm so sorry for the late response! We were there on December 2024 and a warm sweater + down jacket was enough for me to wear. :) Hope you had a good holiday! :)

@@bas-boi Hi! We were in Tokyo between December 20 to 24. We went on a day trip to Lake Kawaguchi on the 23rd and that’s where we found a bit of snow. :)

Hi! We were in Tokyo between December 20 to 24 of 2023. I'm not sure if that's already considered a very cold winter period in Tokyo or not. But I come from a warm tropical country and with the right clothing, and as long as it's not raining, it should be fine. You can still enjoy going around and eating out in Tokyo! :) We also came from Hokkaido before arriving in Tokyo so we already experienced a colder (snow) winter there as compared to the cold weather in Tokyo around the same time. :)
