@@blackgood8951 kinuha po talaga yung sakin because may issue yung birth certificate ko (nabura yung place of birth) so my additional reqs pa ako (local birth cert copy). So sakin yes, kinuha lahat. I'm not sure if ganon rin sa iba pero much better to have your PSA document photocopied na colored para pwede mo nang ibigay nalang!

Hello okay lang ba kung di na minor at student ID ang ippresent upon appearance? I don't have any valid ID except sa school ID(validated na sya ngayon until 2023) ko ngayon sa univ na pinapasukan ko. Another question is, if need ko pa rin ba mag pasa ng NBI clearance/ Police clearance? Based naman sa DFA need lang ng NBI clearance kung late register yung Birth cert and kung ang ippresent mo ay yung voter's cert from Comelec-Intra. However, ang dami ko kasi napapanood na sinasabi na for minor lang raw valid ang school ID and sabi ng DFA mismo, valid ang school ID hanggang enrolled ka. Yun lang nakaka confuse kase. Sana masagot 😁

Yung Philhealth ID card ko nakuha ko sya last week, mas malaki na sya kesa sa normal na size ng card, and wala ng member type sa baba (formal economy, lifetime mem, etc), ganun na po ba talaga yung bago ngayon?

I'm not sure on this one because I got mine last year pa! But as long as it has your whole name, your picture, and your signature-the economy type doesn't really matter :)

Good day sir tanong ko lang if saan kaya pwede mag follow up regarding sa pagpapa reprint ng postal id? Kasi pinareprint ko yung postal id ko last august dahil single digit lang yung year kung kelan siya mag eexpired pero until now di pa rin dumadating.

Hi! Yung birth certificate ko kinuha, but I just gave them a colored photocopy of my PSA! Also, parang nag ka problem sakin slight since may something wrong sa PSA ko (may nabura na part) so I had to secure a local copy of my birth certificate ren. I suggest getting a colored photocopy and submitting that instead! :)

@@hange9311 ​ @Escanor There's an option sa paypal to print all transactions na naka tabular form. Mado-downlaod mo siya as PDF. I made sure to print it and also ready my paypal account in case they wanted to check pero di naman chineck phone ko :)

Hi! As mentioned in the video, super strict ang passport application. So yes, all IDs that you'll be using should be valid (not expired or outdated!)

Hi Paula! Eitherway is fine. Kung may printer ka sa bahay pwede ka nalang gumamit ng pdf editor to fill it up and print it out. Pwede ka rin pumunta nalang sa branch and bring to secure the forms. Or pwede mo rin iprint and i-fill up with your pen. Personally, I'd use a PDF editor and print it out kasi pangit sulat ko 😭 hope this helps!

Ang monthly contribution po is for anyone that is employed here in the Philippines whether private or public. Automatic yon kinakaltas sa sahod mo if dito ka employed. Pero if nagfe-freelance ka, you can opt to voluntarily pay your contributions para magamit mo yung health coverage niya pag na-admit ka sa hospital :)

Hi! If you have a school ID that's tantamount to a valid ID already. If my memory serves me right, NSO/PSA birth certificate is also a form of valid identification in PhilHealth.

If you're pertaining to the PhilHealth ID-you might need to go back to the PhilHealth branch and get another one. Mahirap kasi pag nalaminate na. 'Di macoconsider valid ang ID mo if hindi affixed ang signature mo :(

Pag dependent ka (i.e, yung parent mo covered by PhilHealth) pwede ka kumuha ng PhilHealth ID for dependents. Pero kailangan mo ma confirm na PhilHealth member ang mom/dad/guardian mo, and if dineclare ka nila as dependent. They also need to come with you for your application. All 3 po (PAGIBIG, SSS, PhilHealth) need may work ka to get an ID. You can get one if beneficiary ka for PhilHealth. I highly suggest getting a Postal ID, easiest ID to get imo.

Sadly brgy ID is not really recognized as a primary form of ID. Also, i took a look at sa accepted forms of ID di rin po accepted ang TIN.
