These look delicious and amazing! I have so many questions; sorry to be a bother 1. For the ginger pork recipe, can any other meat be used? 2. For the spaghetti recipe, could tomato sauce could be used instead of ketchup? (though I bet a sweetener would have to be added since tomato sauce doesn't have much flavor) 3. Where did you get those pots and the small square bowl that marinated the pork in?
@JapaneseCookingChannel2 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much! Here are the answers:) 1. I think pork and chicken are really good for the seasonings. If you can't find thinly sliced one, it's okay to use other part of the meat. 2. Yes! You can use tomato sauce too. Like you say, please add a little sugar or honey as you like. 3. Here is the website for small pot! amzn.to/3nw0nnD The small square bowl is meat container that I bought at grocery store. It's just the right size, so I reused it ^^; Hope it can help you! Please let me know if you have more questions:)

If I were to make these, and bring them to school, would they stay good until lunch? (I'm a little concerned with the egg staying fresh)

Yes, it will be fine! Please cool rice enough before packing in the box. The egg should be cooked well too!
