I can’t wear mascara because it ends up under my eyes like someone gave me two black eyes. I have very short lashes and I hate to lose the little I have. My eyebrows are almost all gone. Hi Sandra... I'm in my 50's. I started using Boom cosmetics. They are simple sticks of color that I think look great and are so easy to use that I can do them without having to wear my glasses. I feel like powdered eye shadow just doesn't look good on me anymore, but I enjoy these. Maybe they'd work for you. Some other companies make similar products too.

Use a primer before your foundation and a makeup setting spray when you are done. It works!

I definitely think the boom sticks are a great option, I'm 63, I don't try to disguise my wrinkles or brown spots anymore, frankly, I find it takes too much time, and doesn't stay looking fresh, like it might have 20 years ago 😉 using the sticks (literally) takes 5min, and gives your face a bit of pop, and freshness. Also, I curl my lashes with an eyelash curler, and then apply two light coats of mascara, but only to my top lashes, no eyeliner, just wiggle your mascara wand at the base of your lashes, and bring it through to the tips, you'll get a fuller look at the base, and skip the eyeliner. Leave bottom lashes alone, this will give a more lifted affect to your eyes, and you won't deal with raccoon eyes later in the day. Less is definitely more as far as makeup goes, as our faces "mature" also I use the broomstick "color" on my lips. I'm not trying to sell anyone on broomsticks, it's just what I use, and as all makeup goes, it's an investment, but I have used these for 2 years, at least, I have only needed to re-order the color stick, as I use it the most, so breaking that down, what I've spent, isn't all that much!

My god, but you are a sorceress! After my hair stylist made a mistake cutting my hair and went too short on one main section of my shoulder length hair, I told him to fix it by simply cutting the rest up to the mistake (he had suggested just leaving it for now!!). It is now quite short - just a wee bit shorter than yours in this video. If I can look half as good as you with all these different styles/one cut, I will be happy.
