Your Chanel is the best. Your presentation is informative and at the same time motivating to cook better meals. It is peaceful. Because of that, I set it in playlist all day while I work around the house. Thank you. 🌼

I made the muffins this morning and they were amazing! Adding them to my weekly rotation for the rest of late summer/early fall. I subbed whole wheat flour for the rye flour, since I didn't have any, and it turned out fine. Thanks for these delicious recipes!

everything looked so great! my MIL loved spaghetti squash and always made spaghetti with it! I will have to try the lasagna recipe! that look wonderful! I like a white lasagna using chicken and spinach. our garden is producing as well! We didn't get too crazy this year, it is probably our 2nd year gardening, but our green beans are going bonkers! as well as the cherry tomatoes! Next year I want to try a different onion to plant. thanks for sharing! xoxo

Is there a taste difference between yellow zucchini and green? I think yellow zucchini should go in our garden
@healthyelizabethАй бұрын
They taste the same but maybe just a tad sweeter…or maybe it’s physiological 😂. Either way, definitely grow some! 💛

I love to buy organic food but lately it has become very hard because of the prices everything has double. I live in an apartment in the city .i try buying produce from the farmers markets but is still very expensive . For one pound of organic garlic they want 11dollars.can you do a food haul and the price . Because iam having a hard time buying organic . Please help share with us how to keep buying organic without braking the bank. Thank you
@cathydiamond6573Ай бұрын
I can only imagine how expensive her grocery bill is.
@healthyelizabethАй бұрын
I’ll take about this in a video! I think we all feel this way to some extent. ❤️ (A lot of my family’s meals are meat which we get locally and in bulk which cuts the price a lot, and homegrown veggies or veggies that are on sale that week! I try to buy most veggies and fruits on the “dirty dozen” list organic, but if it’s too expensive I just buy non-organic and soak it all in a little baking soda water or vinegar water! I’d try and pick just a couple of your most important items to buy organic and not worry too much about the rest. Focus on the whole, unprocessed foods. I hope that helps!💛
@cathydiamond6573Ай бұрын
@healthyelizabeth true. I splurge on grass fed butter and ground beef. Some organic vegetables.
@healthyelizabethАй бұрын
@cathydiamond6573 love that! My top priority has always been organic/ grass fed milk and beef for my kiddos.
@cathydiamond6573Ай бұрын
@@healthyelizabeth grass fed, grass finished too. Not from different countries like Aldi's ground beef is. I buy wild caught salmon as well.
