Where do you get the mat board? Plus, does it come in different sizes or do you have to cut it yourself?

The mat that I use I buy in bulk and precut from Amazon. I used to buy big sheets and cut it myself, but it's so much easier to get it precut. I use 5"x7" but I'm sure you could get it in different sizes.
