Ma'am you messed up the masala dosa you prepared by putting too much turmeric in the potato curry, it should be a pinch or 1/4th of the table spoon but you put 3 table spoons of it. I know how it tastes like when you put too much turmeric in a curry. Find a good recipe on KZbin with max subscribers from south India and try it again.

When you eat Dosa or Idli, you should pour Sambar and Coconut chutney together on top of Dosa or Idli and then soak it and eat, it will taste a different flavor

Most indians eat more vegetarian stuff than meat. Even those who eat meat, eat them once in week and even in that day, major percentage of total food consumed will be vegetarian stuff. You will rarely find one who eats meat everyday, very uncommon.

nice, when having biryani, you must dig right to the bottom as its layered, like lasagna, also the bottom layer usually has the masala mix. But awesome find, looks delish.
