Apparently, a study claimed that at least 32% of labelled gluten-free processed food is NOT gluten free. To be able to label a food ‘gluten free’ it has to contain less than a specific amount of gluten, but many are so sensitive that ANY amount will trigger issues, so the ‘gluten free’ food may be continuing the inflammation & other health issues, especially because knowing whether any specific food is actually totally gluten free is a game of Russian Roulette! Far better to avoid these risky foods & stick to naturally gluten free fresh whole foods.

vitamin aedk deficiency ? hmmm low ldl cholesterol and high triglycerides ? excess animal fat intake ? no such thing , excess oil intake DANGEROUS !
