Actually it's better to avoid dear... If baby is not eating without Salt you can add little bit of (Tata light salt) dear.

Hi loved ur videos... Iam a first time mom and never seen a baby growing in front me.. This is the first time iam watching a baby grow and that too it's my child.. So iam always tensed about her fud as she is less in weight..birth weight is 2.8 kg..She is 5 mnths 26 days old and weight is 5.7kg..could u pls let me know from coming 7th mnth, how many times I can give her food I mean should it be 1 fruit in the mng and 1 rice recipe in the afternoon..? She is on formula milk currently
