Listening to this while I prepare a Bible study. I remember taking a class, years ago, and the professor mentioned that "Classical Music" has been proven to stimulate the brains ability to focus and concentrate. Since there are no lyrics for 1/2 your brain to focus on, it's a perfect serene atmosphere to work in. So if you're preparing to study, before you start, take the time to get your refreshments, your snacks and go to the bathroom already, so you don't lose your focus with distractions.
