0:30 one tublar member was inside out and one was top down.

It's supposed to be like that, check the manual, they put it up perfectly. Inside out prevents the person putting it up from knocking the tube outwards and off the tower. The top down is fine as long as the other one is on the side - that makes it easier to prop up the frames during assembly, no need for both to be on the side.
