Ingredients
- 2 potatoes cut in small cubes
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Salt
- 4-5 green chillies chopped
- Water 4-5 tbsp
- Oil 4-5 tbsp
Method
- Fry potatoes in oil for a few minutes
- Add salt, green chillies and black pepper and mix
- Add water and cover the pan for 5-10 minutes
- Cook on a low flame until potatoes are done
- Enjoy with roti!
