Sir one doubt . For ATP synthesis protons should move from inner mitochondrial membrane no sir this happens when the membrane is permiable.and u are saying that if the membrane is permiable ATP is not synthesized.plzz give me a clarity.

If the membrane is permeable, the protons will move through the membrane and not through ATP synthase complex V!! So without ATP synthase rotation, no ATP production! Hope this helps
